JobAdder

CV-Transformer can be connected with JobAdder via our official integration.

Enabling the JobAdder integration

1. Log in to CV-Transformer

2. Go to Settings > Integrations

3. Select JobAdder

4. Click "Connect" and follow the OAuth flow

5. Match each user in CV-Transformer with a user in JobAdder by selecting from the dropdown list

Using the JobAdder integration

CV-Transformer works with JobAdder in 2 ways:

On the one hand, candidates created in JobAdder will be imported into CV-Transformer. Recruiters can view these candidates in CV-Transformer and create formatted proposals for them. While filling in the formatted proposals, our AI assistant has access to the data already filled in in JobAdder, leading to more accurate results. We also add an action button in JobAdder that links from a candidate in JobAdder to the related candidate in CV-Transformer. Additionally, users can export the formatted proposal back into JobAdder with a single click.

On the other hand, recruiters can create candidates from within CV-Transformer. When they do, and they attach at least one file to them (CV, vacancy, etc.), the candidate will be exported to JobAdder. Our AI assistant will use the data from the attached document to populate available details for the candidate in JobAdder automatically.

Uninstalling JobAdder

1. Log in to CV-Transformer

2. Go to Settings > Integrations

3. Click "Disconnect"
