Carerix

Install the CV-Transformer app from your Carerix marketplace to sync candidates between the two platforms and to edit candidates directly from within Carerix.

1. Installation

Installing CV-Transformer in you Carerix environment takes a couple of steps:

  1. Reach out to your contact at Carerix and request them to enable CV-Transformer in your Carerix marketplace.

  2. In Carerix go to "Marketplace" > "New / Non-installed" > "CV-Transformer" and click "Install"

  3. Now switch to "Installed", again, select "CV-Transformer", and fill in the organization_id parameter. You can find the ID of your CV-Transformer organization in the URL when you are logged in to CV-Transformer: https://www.cv-transformer.com/admin/organizations/[YOUR_ORGANIZATION_ID]/...

  4. Click, "Activate"

2. Linking users

Before using the integration, make sure that all users are connected between the two platforms. This way candidates created in CV-Transformer will have the correct "owner" set in Carerix, and candidates created in Carerix will have the correct "contact" set in CV-Transformer.

To connect users

  1. In CV-Transformer, go to "Settings" > "Integrations"

  2. Map each CV-Transformer user to a Carerix user

If some users are registered in Carerix, but not in CV-Transformer, consider inviting them to CV-Transformer. You can do this within CV-Transformer by going to "Team", clicking "+Member" and filling in their details.

Vice versa, If some users are registered in CV-Transformer, but not in Carerix, consider inviting them to Carerix.

3. Usage

Carerix custom Tab

The CV-Transformer application adds a new custom tab in Carerix for each candidate. This tab is named "CV-Transformer". It allows you to edit candidate's CV's directly without leaving Carerix.

Carerix > CV-Transformer sync

Candidates created in Carerix, are automatically imported into CV-Transformer.

The contact in CV-Transformer is equivalent to the "owner" in Carerix.

Initially, the imported candidate will be "pending" (yellow clock icon). This way they are available in CV-Transformer, but you won't be charged for it yet.

Imported candidates will have data filled in in Carerix available. You can use this as extra context for AI to fill in the candidate's CV, or you can even include the data directly in your layout.

Once happy with the proposal, you can "Save to Carerix". This will add the formatted CV as an attachment for the candidate in Carerix.

CV-Transformer > Carerix sync

When a candidate is created within CV-Transformer and it has at least one attachment (CV, Vacancy, etc.), a new candidate will be created within Carerix.

We automatically extract Carerix data from the uploaded attachment, so that the candidate is created in Carerix with some data populated already.
